Who you are dealing with

These terms are between you and RIG Publishing LLC, 7750 Okeechobee Blvd, Suite #4-624, West Palm Beach, FL 33411.

What we sell

We sell research and reference material in digital form. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use what you buy. Please do not redistribute or resell it.

Refunds

The Field Guide carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it is not what you needed, tell us within seven days of buying and we will refund you in full. Use our contact form. Access to the members’ area ends when a refund is issued; the full amount you paid is returned to the card you paid with.

If the file is broken, incomplete, or not what the page said it was, that is different — tell us and we will make it right, whenever you notice. A download that will not open is our problem, not yours, and it is not governed by the seven days.

What we are not

We are not affiliated with any Norwegian folk high school, with Folkehøgskolerådet, or with the Norwegian government, and no school pays us to recommend it.

Nothing here is immigration or legal advice. Residence permits are decided by Norwegian authorities, and admission is decided by each school. We cannot influence either.

Accuracy

Costs, deadlines, quotas and school policies change every year. We date every figure we publish and correct what we get wrong — but you should confirm anything decisive with the school itself before you act on it. If you find an error, tell us; we would rather fix it than defend it.

Liability

We provide our material in good faith and to the best of our research. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us.

Our internal use of Google services

RIG Publishing LLC uses an internal tool that connects to our own Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Gmail accounts through Google OAuth, to measure our own advertising and website performance. It is not a product, it is not offered to anyone outside our company, and it never accesses data belonging to visitors to this site. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
