A question about a school, an application, or something you’ve bought. This reaches us directly.
Before you write
If you’ve bought the Kit and the download link isn’t working, check the email we sent at the time of purchase — the link in it doesn’t expire, and it’s the fastest route back in.
We can tell you what we found about a school and where we found it. We can’t tell you whether you’ll get a visa, and we can’t apply on your behalf — that’s between you and the school.
