I almost died at the deliciousness

Even though it was rainy today, it was still a good day. Luckily, it was only a light sprinkle. I took a longer route on the usual hiking path and got to see the lake which was nice.

Today I tried norwegian apples and I almost died at the deliciousness. They are amazingly crisp, light pink on the inside, and have a perfect balance of sweet and sour.

But that’s not all, they smell absolutely amazing and have a bright neon color (and since red 40 is banned here I know that the color is natural 🫶). They really are nothing like a normal apple.

My friends were making fun of me since I was getting so excited over an apple but it was just so interesting and fun for me to experience. It’s the little things that make the days so fun. The season for them is short so I will DEFINITELY be taking many trips to the store to stock up 😆.

But I was also inside a lot too since today was elective selection. There were so many cool electives, such as cliff jumping, kayaking, ceramics, sushi making, hip hop, hiking, boating, rock climbing, tapas cooking, guitar, embroidery, and many more.

It was definitely difficult to choose between them all but I wanted to do something that I had never even thought about doing before. Something new and quirky. I believe I’ll know which ones I get by Sunday so we’ll see! 🤞
