Will I hate it? Will anyone talk to me?

Day 0: I am in Ålesund, the day before the first day folkehøgskole (folk high school) and I am well… absolutely terrified.

There are so many different scenarios going through my head right now. Will I hate it? Will anyone talk to me? Will I feel at home? Will I feel welcome?

I have absolutely no idea what to expect since it is so different from anything that I have done before. What if I love it? What if it is the best thing I have ever done? I won’t know if I don’t try.

So I will keep an open mind and have a positive perspective because that is the best thing to do in a time like this.
